1. Introduction By using ClientsMinds, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the ClientsMinds platform.

3. Subscription Service ClientsMinds operates on a subscription model, providing users with access to the platform for a monthly fee. Designed for therapists, mental health professionals, and counselors, ClientsMinds empowers users to manage client sessions, maintain notes, and enhance therapeutic relationships with ease.

The subscription can be canceled at any time, and access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Subscription management, including cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and payment method changes, can be handled through our payment provider's customer portal. Users will receive access to this portal upon subscribing to ClientsMinds. ClientsMinds reserves the right to modify subscription terms, features, or pricing with reasonable notice to users.

By subscribing to ClientsMinds, users acknowledge and agree to these subscription terms and the right of ClientsMinds to update or modify the service as needed to improve functionality and user experience.

1. Refunds As ClientsMinds provides digital products through a subscription model, refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods. However, if you encounter significant issues with the service, please contact our support team at clientsminds@gmail.com to address your concerns.

2. Disclaimer There is no guarantee that ClientsMinds will meet all your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not specified in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the extent permissible under applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Warranties and Limitation of Liability ClientsMinds does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other assurance regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or functionality of the platform. ClientsMinds is not liable for any representation (unless fraudulent) or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by ClientsMinds' negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the services provided by ClientsMinds.

ClientsMinds will not be held liable for delays or failures in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control. If ClientsMinds is found liable for a breach of this Agreement, its liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services or software. You agree to release ClientsMinds from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims exceeding this limitation.

1. Responsibilities ClientsMinds is not responsible for how users manage or use the user-generated content on the platform. All client data entered into the system is the sole responsibility of the mental health professional or therapist using the platform.

2. Price Adjustments As ClientsMinds evolves and new features are added, subscription prices may be adjusted accordingly. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect, providing an opportunity to cancel the subscription if desired.

3. General Terms and Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkiye. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ClientsMinds due to your use of the services. You agree not to represent yourself as an agent or employee of ClientsMinds. ClientsMinds will not be liable for any representation, action, or failure to act by you.
